The reason they are on their own I think is because its simply a list of cards featured in the game which, at the time, were all unobtainable
Having the reprint might not be nearly as valuable (its currently worth $77 on TCGplayer), but it is awesome to have a reprint of such a historic card, and opening it in a booster pack is a total thrill
