Scar allows all Ally characters to get a +1 strength, and if Scar is exerted at the end of your turn, you could draw cards equal to the challenge strength of one of your Ally character cards, although you must discard two cards and banish that character

Overall, both Starter Decks from the Azurite Sea set feature some of the best artwork to hit Disney Lorcana , and from a beginner's perspective, they should both work well as an introduction to the TCG (the Quick Start rules are great)
